Arri Bottom Dove-Tail Plate 15mm Set - 600mm / 24"
24" Bottom Dove-Tail Plate Set from Arri
ARRI has introduced the redesigned bottom plate 300mm / 12" as well as two new bottom plates: 450mm / 18" and 600mm / 24". All three will have additional 1/4-20" threads beside the standard 3/8-16". Compared to the old bottom plate 300mm, the new one has its weight reduced by 25% while still being able to withstand the same forces. Its plate interfaces are extremely strong, thanks to heavy duty CAMLOCK fittings. The rear release pin system has been redesigned to be more comfortable.
The two new sizes of bottom plates 450mm / 18" and 600mm / 24" are made for configurations where balance requires a greater adjustment span.
The 600mm / 24" version with the adjustable 15 mm or 19 mm studio rod support brackets (RSB-15 or RSB-19) helps to support very long lenses such as the Angenieux 24-290/28-340mm or Alura 45-250mm with 2x extender.
