At Proactive, we know how important it is to keep things running. We strive to make it easy for you to find the right components, subject to availability.

Please note that all spare part purchases are non-refundable. 

If the parts you receive are damaged or faulty please visit our Returns area and a member of our team will make the necessary arrangements for your replacement or repair. Please do not return any goods without an official RMA.
