Swit S-4600 SDI To HDMI Converter
The Swit S-4600 is a portable 3G/HD/SD-SDI to HDMI converter. It supports embedded audio on the SDI input and passes it through to the HDMI output, The Converter also incorporates a 3.5mm socket input for Headphone monitoring.
S-4601 is a heavy-duty housing design, protecting the BNC connectors well, and supplied various screw threads in the bottom, for convenient installing, and for mounting future accessories (battery mount, etc).
Portable Mini Converter
S-4600 is a mini converter for SDI to HDMI conversion, widely used on HDMI televisions, LED screens, projectors to display up to 3Gb/s broadcast SDI videos.
Input & Output
S-4600 offers:
1× 3G/HD/SD-SDI input
1× 3G/HD/SD-SDI loop output (Reclocked)
1× HDMI Type-A output
1× 3.5mm audio output
(The SDI to HDMI supports the same format conversion only.)
SDI Embedded Audio Converting and Monitoring
The SDI embedded audio ch-1 & ch-2 can be converted into HDMI and output via a 3.5mm headphone socket, and support a 48kHz sample rate.
Status Indicators
S-4600 provides 3 LED indicators, to check if the power is connected, and if the input/output signal is delivered.
Power Supply
The mini converter is powered by a pole-tap DC socket. The package includes an AC-DC power adaptor, and you can also connect DC cable from 6-18V batteries.
Heavy-Duty Housing
The S-4600 mini converter adopts unibody aluminium alloy housing, strong for field use and protects the BNC connectors effectively.
Installation
S-4600 provides the bottom 1/4-inch screw threads for fixing on cameras, and an installing plate A-IP00 is supplied in the package, for fixing on the wall and binding the BNC/HDMI cables.
