Laowa Aurogon FF 10-50x NA0.5 supermicro APO boasts a range of remarkable features and enhancements. With switchable 10x, 20x, 35x, and 50x magnification, capture images with exceptionally high resolution and produce detailed and sharp images from a super-micro view.
Switch and mount the 4 magnification tubes effortlessly onto your camera.
The modular design of this lens, coupled with its universal objective lens at the front, allows for effortless switching between 10X, 20X, 35X, and 50X magnification tubes at the back directly mounted on the camera.
Photographers are suggested to fix the objective lens at the front, and switch the magnification without recalibration of the setup with the fixed working distance.
Adjustable numerical aperture up to 0.5
The marking on the lens body indicates 8 grade NA values of 0.5 - 0.15, used to address the depth of field and image quality compatibility. Photographers can enjoy flexible aperture control with their own setup to create images with best quality. The wide NA provided with ample lighting ensures that when capturing images, a lower ISO value can be used, resulting in a purer picture.
Easy light filling with 20mm long working distance
In microphotography, proper lighting is crucial in microscopic photography, longer working distance with sufficient light obtained ensuring sharpness, detail, and accurate representation of the subject's features. Aurogon's 20 mm working distance for all four magnifications allows for enhanced light capture, ensuring optimal subject illumination. This advantage provides you with greater control over the lighting setup, making every shot a masterpiece.

More than a microscope
Laowa Aurogon adapted the microscope mechanism, and evolved as an outstanding portable lens set for direct-use on camera. Think out of the box as this microscopic set is ready to rock outside the laboratory. Any items at hand can be part of your stable set up. Having the lens set at home, on the dining table, or even outdoors is not a problem with a stable setup.
When a microscope is usually used vertically, Aurogon are welcomed for both vertical and horizontal observation and shooting set up, one can create stunning images with Aurogon by photo stacking, even recording lively microorganisms in an aquarium.
Additional Lens Tube Slip Ring
As a microscopic lens set, Aurogon demands a stable setup to capture precise and detailed images. To complement this, Laowa offers additional lens tube slip rings for purchase. These rings secure the lens in place, minimizing unwanted vibrations and accidental focus shifts, enabling photographers to achieve sharp, focused shots.
The lens tube clip rings come with 2 rings in a set. One of the rings with the removable inner part can be used on both magnification tubes and the objective lens. The threaded tips can pair with a tripod and slider to stabilize the lens and camera during shooting.
The rings on the objective lens can help make sure the position of your setup remains the same for your next shooting when the user would like to switch the magnification tubes at the back.
