FDC Master
FDC Master is used to detect and correct measurement deviations which may occur when frequently using the flange depth controllers FDC Classic and FDC Multi over a longer period of time. These deviations can affect measurement results. FDC Master is used to calibrate the devices correctly.
The devices are tested using a super high-resolution monochrome camera which displays the FDC’s testing image on a monitor. Should the calibration of the FDC device need correction, then this can easily and directly be performed by using the scale ring.
The FDC Master is the embodied Flange Focal Distance. It resembles a camera that is reduced to its least number of parts. Machined with micron accuracy, it is a tool that you can rely on and use to verify the scale on your FDC or recalibrate it.
