Product Information

Sony URX-P41D UWP-D Dual Channel Portable Receiver /33

Light, compact and brilliantly easy to use, the URX-P41D 2-channel portable wireless receiver combines digital audio processing for sparkling sound quality with the reliability of analogue FM modulation and true diversity reception.

Automatic pairing with UWP-D Series wireless transmitters saves times for busy videographers, documentary makers and self-shooters. For extra versatility there’s an additional mic input and 3-channel mixer, making the URX-P41D an ideal sound acquisition partner for on-camera interviews.

It’s also a great match for Sony cameras and handheld camcorders, with seamless integration via an optional Multi Interface Shoe Adaptor.

ALL BAND scan mode

The URX-P41D can select SCAN TYPE and can scan all available frequency bands when ALL BAND is selected.

Backward compatibility with IR sync

The IR port on the URX-P41D allows users to select NFC or IR in SYNC MODE from the Utility menu. This allows owners of previous transmitter models (UTX-B03/UTX-M03/UTX-P03) to sync receivers and transmitters with IR.

Portable receiver with variable output level

For use with the various input levels of different camcorders and DSLR cameras, the new system provides a variable output level control of ±12dB. Equipped with a new HIGH GAIN mode, the URX-P41D is especially useful when connecting to devices that require higher gain.

True diversity for stable audio

Excellent signal quality is assured by two independent receiver sections that ensure stable, dropout-free reception.

Fast, fuss-free channel setting

Uniquely quick and convenient, Sony’s friendly NFC SYNC feature allows secure channel pairing between the UTX-B40 wireless transmitter and URX-P41D receiver.

High quality sound

Advanced digital audio processing technology assures pure, high quality sound. An optional interface allows direct digital sound recording with compatible Sony cameras and camcorders via the SMAD-P5 Multi Interface Shoe Adaptor, bypassing A/D and D/A conversion stages for uncompromised audio quality.

Integration with Sony cameras

Add the optional SMAD-P5 Multi Interface Shoe Adaptor and enjoy seamless integration with compatible* Sony cameras and camcorders. Receiver information is displayed in the camera’s viewfinder, while audio signals are routed directly to the camera with no need for a cable connection.

Light and compact

The compact size and light weight of the URX-P41D wireless receiver make it an ideal audio acquisition partner for shooting with handheld cameras and camcorders.
