The SmallHD Gold Mount Battery Bracket Kit for 700 series comes with a battery plate, faux LP-E6 Adapter and gold mount battery bracket.
The LP-EC Adapter uses less system power, requiring less battery changes during a shoot and furthermore, draws power from the D-Tap/P-Tap output on a pro battery system, such as Anton Bauer, IDX and Blueshape. The adapter powers devices designed to use Canon LP-E6 style batteries.
