Samyang 8mm f2.8 UMC II Fisheye Lens Sony E Mount Black
The Samyang 8mm f/2.8 fisheye lens gives a diagonal 167 degree field of view when used with the Canon EOS-M range – similar to a 12mm fisheye on a 35mm camera for exaggerated perspective and special effects caused by the unique distortion from ultra-wide angle lenses.
It is an extremely high resolution optic using two aspherical elements (AS) and has extremely low colour aberration thanks to the inclusion of three Extra Low Dispersion (ED) glass elements. Due to the extensive depth of field, focusing is easy and can be achieved using the distance scale only in most instances (LiveView may be preferable for close-up shots).
The latest generation of Ultra Multi Coatings (UMC) have been used on this optic to drastically reduce flare and ghosting. To further reduce visible lens flare, there is an integrated lens hood so you will never need to worry about including a hood in your kit bag.
