Sony Power Supply Extension Unit for HXC-D70 PMW-320/350/500 Camcorders
Extends fibre connection from 250m to 10km The HXCE-FB70 from Sony is an extension module for the fibre connection between the CA-FB70 optical fibre adaptor and HXCU-FB70 optical fibre CCU.
It receives power via a fibre from the HXCU-FB70. It then connects to the CA-FB70 with a single mode fibre cable. In this case, it can extend the extension distance from 250m to 250m + 10km if the CA-FB70 is powered locally.
The HXCE-FB70 is designed to work with the HXC-D70 and PMW-320/350/500 camcorders.
Full HD picture quality and connection for all signals
The HXCE-FB70 provides the excellent picture images as well as flexible integration and the possibility to extend the operation with all signals (Tally, Intercom, Video Return and Prompter) in full HD.

Operates with CA-FB70 and HXCU-FB70 For Greater flexibility
The HXCE-FB70 can be located between the CA-FB70 optical fibre adaptor and HXCU-FB70 optical fibre CCU when power supply is required for the CA-FB70 attached to theHXC-D70 camera or PMW-320/350/500camcorders, or when the long distance signal transmission is requiredbetween the CA-FB20 and HXCU-FB70.
Connector Options
The HXCE-FB70 is supplied with 2x optical CON DUO connectors as standard. An optional modification allows the installation of NeutrikLemo SMPTE HKC-LC02 connectors.
