JVC DT-E15L4 Studio Monitor
The DT-E15L4 is a cost-efficient LCD 15-inch high-end studio monitor with a fast TN panel and LED backlighting, reduced power consumption and improved lifespan. JVC has introduced the new DT-E series of monitors to provide a costeffective option to the industry standard DT-VG1 high-end monitors. DT-E models feature fast TN panels with LED backlights, which provide improved contrast and black level and are also perfect for use as control and studio monitor.
Power consumption on the monitors is 20-30% lower compared to CCFL- driven lighting, increasing product lifetime by 300%. The imaging is also smoother and more consistant with LED backlighting. By saving energy costs we also avoid harming the environment, since the LED drive doesn‘t include harmful chemicals, compared to a CCFL backlight.
Furthermore the monitors support an im-monitor-display (IMD) based on the TSL protocol 4.0 (serially). The user interface of the DT-E series were designed multilingual (german, french, spanish, italian, russian). The audio-level meters for embedded digital audio has been expanded from 12 to 16 channels. JVC provides you with a free calibration software for achieving optimum picture quality.
