WFT-R10B Wireless File Transmitter

Add this powerful Wi-Fi booster to the EOS R5 to enhance its network capabilities – ideal for professionals shooting photojournalism, sports and events when fast, reliable image delivery is key. The WFT-R10B features 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz support and 2x2 MIMO technology for fast wireless communication that’s less prone to interference in digitally congested environments, such as sports stadiums and theme parks. Support for SFTP lets photographers deliver images securely directly to a client’s server – ideal for news gathering and sports photography. Gigabit Ethernet lets photographers at large sports events, for example, connect to wired networks. The WFT-R10B makes it easy to set up network connections, allowing settings – including LAN and FTP details – to be configured in-camera or on a desktop computer then transferred to the EOS R5. The WFT-R10B also provides an ergonomic grip and duplicate controls for more comfortable upright shooting.

2x2 MIMO antennae provide a W-Fi connection that’s faster and more stable – ideal in digitally congested environments.

The WFT-R10B makes it easier than ever to set up network connections, allowing settings – including LAN and FTP details – to be configured on a desktop computer and transferred to your camera.

Settings saved as .nif files can then be saved for instant recall and shared between compatible cameras, including the EOS-1D X Mark III – a great option for agencies with multiple photographers.

Ergonomic grip makes holding the EOS R5 vertically for long periods more comfortable.

Duplicate camera controls – including an AF point multi-controller joystick – are designed to replicate position and feel of the EOS R5’s own controls when holding the camera vertically.

IPV6 ensures futureproof compatibility.

Powered by two LP-E6, LP-E6N and LP-E6NH batteries (one for the camera, the other for Wi-Fi) or by mains power using the DC Coupler DR-E6 and AC Adapter AC-E6N.
